Well As Per me IGNOU is on 2nd poisition. Well I am studying in thid university in RC-2 section and my centre is in shalimar bagh. well I just wanna say that if you can study hard then only join bca from this university as I am an bca student I have seen many people joining us every semester and get compartment in exams. so if you are thinking to do bca then be prepared to study hard.
Well in shalimar bagh my centre is good over all. nice teacher. they are well educated and explain in details. shiv prakash sir who is handling the centre is also cooperative whenever you call them regarding a problem they solve it within a minute so if you have problems then switch to rc-2 shalimar bagh centre if you are already a bca student.
