I have purchased a no one has come to demonstrate the machine. But one phone call has come from their service centre classic enterprises to keep ready of Rs. 5, 000 for the adapter tab, filter, stand and plastic cover. They have telephoned 2/3 times and asked us to keep ready rs.5000/-. No one has come for 6 days. 7th day one person from the service centre has come and delivered a tab after collecting Rs 390 which is worth for Rs 200 in the market. He has neither fixed the tab nor demonstrated the washing machine. The person from the service centre is very much interested in insisting us to buy the filter, stand and plastic cover.
As we have not shown interest in buying the above said items, the person from the service centre, that person has gone immediately without fixing the adaptor and without any demonstrating.. When we complained to toll free number, one lady named Mumtaz has also insisted that the bonefide buyer should buy above said accessories. When we questioned about why the sales person from Selvamani Enterprise has not informed us about the compulsory purchase of useless accessories. The lady has replied us it is fault of the shop person, Selvamanii Enterprise. Pl suggest us what to do. Dont buy any products, as there are a lot of hidden items that should be purchased along with washing machine compulsorily. Do not buy any products.
Guys pls ignore this...
I am a serious reviewer but learning how to do this first. Please don't take this as a serious one.
