IDFCFIRST is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I wouldn't recommend this bank to any one as their staff are there to help you all the way(even if it means telling lies to you)
I talked to their rep and was told by her that If I wanted to open a Joint account there will be options to add, But there is no option as such
Was sent email saying I only needed my passport to be notorised by another Bank or Judge or Indian Embassy, and rest of the documents to be self attested(Which I did and send the things online)
Now they sent me a mail asking me to get all my documents notorised by my Bank(What waste of time)
Talked to their rep online for local Indian accounts as the NRI Chatline is offline for last few days,
And was told thats the RBI rules(Sounds like the RBI changed the rules within 14 days)
I just told them this bank seems to be run by Misters and Misses Mickey Mouses from Disney World
So if you need to invest you Mickey Mouse Money please go ahead and open accounts with them
Otherwise look for a proper Bank to invest in.
