Idea is trustable for network and connectivity, but from last 8 month's ago this trust is breaked by idea. I am trustable user of idea from my first sim. And idea is my prime network fo functionlity like bank, facebook, aadhaar card and many more. The service and support team don't solve my problems. When I made called them for bad network connection they always tell's there is temprory network problem inyour area your problem will be automatically solved. But since 8 month's are past away but problem is not get solved 1% also. My main problem is network connectivity and internet access. The internet speed provided by idea is hardly 70kb/s in my area network. I had used 199 Rs plan from last 4 month's where I noticed internet speed is. too slow in comparision of others. And one problem also I faced in previous month's the regular offer sms. I know they wan't to get in touch with there offers but same messages are recieved again again daily. So want to delete those message's regularly. Also regrding to company calls. I got at least 2 calls daily, which I don't like any time. May company stop calling to there coustomare. Because of this problems my father even port their number to another network operator. As network connectivity is low so ittake nearly a minute of time to load the page. In my opinion it is not that much user friendly. Also the idea care operators even can't solved this problem when I asked them.
