Well I am a idea customer and not at all satisfied with its overall performance which I will elaborate in the below script
Network: - when it comes to network idea lacks far behind because when ever their is really need of using the phone it shows zero network and at times when there are networks the call does not gets connected which is really bad when in an emergency situation
Customer service: - the customer service of Idea is good if you have small network issues they can help you with that but when it comes to really hard or difficult issues idea will nit find a solution to your problem which always makes me angry like why are they even sitting there!
Charges and billing: - well I am using a prepaid connection so I will not able to say here regarding the postpaid one
My thought is entirely regarding prepaid and honestly I think they charge when it comes to offers which as compared to other competitors is more and people will switch idea over them so if they want to stay in competition then they will have to ease out their offers and charges
so this was my review for the company
