Idea is now becoming worst than ever.
One of the idea excutive called me and explained me about a billing plan of 350 in which I will get unlimited calls for which I ported my docomo to idea.
The docomo is a verry good network in mumbai but the idea is worst of all. No network in local train even not in my home where I live in the heart of thane city.
The bill of the month was 575 of where I was informed about only 350rs bill to pay. So I rushed to the idea gallery in thane and there I was informed about my plan is not of 350 but its 499 and 75 rs tax. I was very happy with my old network and I complained about their employe which lied me and there was no action on him.
I contact costumer care still no reply on them at last I did not paid the bill and there was continuos phone calls to pay bill and my number got closed.
Such a worst customer care, worst network , worst employees. Idea please dont make us fool.
