Previously I was using the Vodafone . the worst service I ever experienced. Then I turned towards IDEA as me and my friend circle already experienced other service provider. Idea is a good network service Provider.

Good Customer Services
Good Network
No need to Contact Customer Care
No sudden Activation of VAS
No Hidden Charges
What I disliked in IDEA
No postpaid micro sim available in Idea Store
Can't change plan in between . need to change on last day of billing cycle
Roaming Charges are High
I would recommend anybody to have a Idea if they want good customer service and good network as well as internet.
