I have been using idea as my primary sim since 2015
But last 1 and half year vodafone-idea became the worst service provider in the country.At the same time Airtel and Jio trying to improve their services. As a person who love idea as a provider I am totally disappointed how the handle users. In my area the signals are falling down for Idea and ni other network has this problem.
When I register a complaint they didn't try to solve it, instead of fixing the problem they giving extra data
What's the use of extra data, when there is no network
I hope idea will look at this problem as seriously, otherwise the users like me will move on to another network
The data speed is very low and latency in much higher in idea
So to conclude idea is the worst network service provider in the country
