I was user of Idea Mobile Operator from last 4-5 yrs. 1st when I bought this Sim it was prepaid then I converted in to Postpaid, first month I got the bill of Rs.2579, in which I have charged for Rs.2150 for internet, as I got 3GB 2G free data for every month but I never being got intimated via(sms, call, email) when free data was over.
I complaint for this in cust.care when I got the bill but everytime they said that bill is correct as they recheck it, 3 days back I got call from team that they can give me waiver of only 750rs, I asked if they can offer me some more disc.and the disconnected the call, on same day after 2 hrs my outgoing and net services was discontinued by Idea.
I called cust.care and they said that they dnt hve any update regarding waiver on their system and I send email also as their supervisor said.then on saturday I again called and then their one executive informed that they can activate my services for 24hrs but nothing happened after 72hrs.
Really fed wid their services as they are continuously giving calls to make the payment but still dont provide any solution. Feeling very helpless as having only 1 no.and thats not working.
