Few days back a gentleman came to me with an offer. Initially I was not interested to here him, but he was so persuasive that I have had no other option to allow him to talk for 5 minutes. He offered me an idea connection where everything was included in a single pack( call, sms, net etc.). The monthly rental was also reasonable. Though I didn't require another connection but I accepted his offer and filled up the form.
The initial process was very smooth. I got the connection within 2 days.
But the signal was so so poor. I tried with different places. Except in one or two cases everywhere it was not catching the signal properly. I possess a mobile phone of a good make, so the problem was not there with the set. Till I tried the sim with another mobile set. The problem remained same. I used the connection for one month and then applied for disconnection. Getting disconnection was not easy. But finally I got that. I don't recommend this service to any one especially if you are using your phone in Kolkata.
