I have been using Idea since past 6 years. The network coverage is satisfactory. Internet speed is also good.
I have enjoyed Idea service for 5 years without any issues. Even if there was a problem I would get it resolved from the customer care within less time. Customer service was also good.
But these days since past 1-2years the service is not that satisfactory. Once I got 73 rupees deducted without any reason and when I called the customer care they started arguing that I have activated some services. That is actually a way of looting customers. I have faced this issue many times.
Call/ SMS/ Internet charges are comparatively high. Nowadays its customer service has also become worst.
I am soon changing to some other network.
