Idea is one of the leading mobile operator in the india in lsst three to four years. But its network coverage is very poor in almost all the regions.
Its call quality ia very bad. Call automatically disconnects during the call. I ve talked to the customer service support regarding this but still did not get any response.
Thier plans are very useless because the same plan is avilable at the different prices. The call rates are also very high for a normal customer.
Customer care number remains always busy. I am giving two out of the five stars to idea.
