Hlo friends I am sharing experience about idea
idea is a large scattred company in india
there are many wide range of network
before 2 months I aslo tye member of idea
I am attached with idea last 2 year
so now I am not satisfie with the idea because its not helpfull service centre
once its dedect my balance without any reason so I called in the service center
they are call centre worker does not provide full
information for the balance dedect
and it is not give me offer which is suitable for me
so I decide to change this network compamy and I requested to port so I massege or nxt day call me by the coustmer centre
so I tell them problem and they says me dnt worry we are ready for your help dont chamge the company I say ok but after sone days reapeat all which is happend back so at last I change my service
