I am using idea from last three years. Quality of network is very bad. I m a postpiad user. Bill is very high. In basement there is no network. Poor network coverage. From the last three day I m call to the customer and phone get suddenly disconnected. Call drop issue. No offer for any customer as per other operator free calling n data. No offer for postpaid users. Now I m going in jio due to its great offers.
