I have been having Idea calling and data plans in my 2 cell phones. I must say that I am satisfied with the services of idea. It has been a very comfortable journey so far. Although I am facing a billing shock from the company, in my last bill, I am sure the company will redress my complaint. Otherwise idea is a cooperative service company. But I may say that although my phone is 4G compliant, I have not been able to enjoy 4G even for one second. On the contrary my last bill has been charged extra for about Rs.3500, as data charges. Though my data and free 4 G was not working at all during the excess billing period. I hope it is an one off incident. I have complained and have been assured that matter will be resolved in time bound period. But such incidents cause mental torture and should not occur.
I haven in general no issues with service. Idea has a very customer friendly website. I hope I continue with the company, after the billing issue is corrected, to my satisfaction.
