Hello,
I have not even received uograded card for which idbi has charged me 238rs and this bank has created so many issues now due to which now I will be penalised for 400rs by capital first for bouch charge .
They have done too much of drama and still they have not yet reversed any chrages and if the same kind of issue would persist trust me I will close idbi account permanently .
They have not provided active card and have charged me 238rs today again, even so many bounce charge in the past .
Ridiculous idbi bank.
