I have been availing services of IDBI bank almost for the past 4 years. I have never had any problems with the bank till date.
The phone banking & netbanking service is very good. The branch banking service in the bank is also very good. The staffs are very helpful in their approach & is always ready to assist, whenever required. I am very happy using the service of this bank & would recommend to avail their services.
