AA)My husband on my advice took a plocy online on 2nd Jan 2021 for an Immediate Annuity Plan. But found the after purchase sales service is below par and even BMC service in Mumbai is better than this Company. With great follow up got welcome kit showing annuity will be paid from 5th Feb 2021 instead of 2nd Feb 2021 on which payment was made online and acknowledged.
BB) Tried to log into their portal using new user registration but does not work. Three options given like Policy No. or email ID or Mobile number in combination with Date of Birth. But when u use any of the option with date of birth you will get a message that date of birth is not in records or date of birth do not match or email id is not found etc.
CC) When you write lifeline customer care you will get a response that the email ID is not in there records and ask me to register in their Portal and change Profile. It appears the Portal is managed by a bunch of illiterates to have such messages making you merry go round and have fun at their portal after paying an hefty sum.
DD) writing to Grievence office will not resolve anything since he himself appears to be illiterate to even understand the Issue.
EE) If You contact Customer care over phone then u will get SMS for quick access and again you will go merry go around.
FF) The best option for online Purchase is LIC where you get E policy in half an Hour after successful upload of documents. But ICICI Prudential team make it so complicated so that nobody will dare to do online transaction with them. Illiterate team not having knowledge of the Boughtout software and do nothing to understand what it is doing.
My advice is never buy online from this company but prefer LIC where everything is finished in half an Hour. the annuity will start from the date of transcation in LIC. But ICICI Prudential will cheat on this also.
