My ICICI Pru life policy was fore closed one and half months ago. I had sent all the required documents like copy of my cancelled cheque leaf, my PAN card self attested copy. I am following up with the Help desk agents and floor supervisors for almost one and half months now. They are not paying the amount. They say this is escalated to pay out team and will get a call back. Till date no one called. Never take icici pru policy. At the time of taking the policy they will come to your house and beg to take policy. After maturity you will have follow up for months together and they will not pay the maturity amount. Worst experience I had with help desk agents and supervisors. I blasted them all many times. They trpeat the same thing. Escalated to payout team and will get a call back. Not even once they called me back. Every time when I call help desk and ask for a floor supervisor the agent will put the call on hold and then say the supervisor is not there. Worst service I have ever seen. I came to understand that they don't pay the maturity amount and make the policy holder run behind them for months together and finally pay.
Still the amount is not paid to me.
Caution : Don't get any policy from these guys. They will make you run like dog and never pay the maturity amount to you. Worst company and worst help desk and big cheaters.
