Hi Guys the reason to write this review is my utterly bad experience with ICICI Pru
I go a secure plus policy from them way back in 2003 and I have never even missed or been late on even one premium, but my policy matured in Nov 13 which I was not aware of according to them they had sent me the chq on my earlier address which went back to them.
There was no email no sms no phone call about the maturity where I got 3 - 4 reminders every time my premium was due after 10 years of regular payment the return I got from the policy is less than 2% thats far less if I would have just invested in gold or even a FD for that case and today when I call them to say that I don't have the original policy doc they ask me to make an affidavit on a stamp paper.
Pathetic! Really pathetic!
