I am an ICICI bank account holder and using that pretext they repeatedly called me till I bought their ICICI Lombard Health Insurance policy and b*stards still call to sell the service even though I am their customer!
Now at the time of taking the policy since I am an ICICI Gold card holder they offered me the policy with no documents and said they will bill my credit card.I asked them to bill me the entire amount in 1 go since it was just Rs.13500/-These B*stards instead of billing my credit card LOANED it to my card. where I end up paying 2400 for a loan of just Rs.13500/-I called repeatedly they each time said they will fix for last 3 months but they are doing absolutely nothing.
When I called up ICICI Credit Card to cancel the LOAN. They said pay us the entire Rs.10000+ Forclosure charge of 7%! they they will cancel the Insurance Transaction.
