I got a loan financed from icici home finance. It was for a 5 year term.
The loan was approved within a week. The bank facilities are good and the
approval process was simple and hassle free.
But their pre closure charges are really high and they didnt let you
end the loan term easily. Their terms and conditions are different when you want to
end the term and when you want the loan.
Not satisfied with their closure charges.
Not going for any loan with icici.
