Iam customer of ICICI bank and iam using ICICI bank visa credit card but iam not satisfied with their services. First of all the main problem with this bank is credit card limit, no matter how loyal or old customer you are to this bank , they just dont listen to you and if you ask to increase limit they dont do that. Customer support is ver poor and they dont even care. Credit card rates and charges is not an issue as its normal and I have no problem with that but iam not satisfied with ICICI services because of their stubborn behaviour.
