I have an ICICI Credit Card...and here are my woes! Devil got into me when I decided to have only one credit card - and decided that it will be the icici card that I will choose! I booked 2 tickets for myself - both originating from Mumbai and ending in Mumbai.
ICICI decided to charge me TWICE for each of the transactions - inspite of Jet Air telling me that such a thing shoud not happen.
The JOURNEY is over, I have seen the debit on my account - on the net, but icici says they will reverse the entry only after 24 days!!! Which means ICICI thinks ONE PERSON can fly in THE SAME flight with 2 tickets (a little difficult according to me, but ICICI knows best).
This has made my card unusable...it is now a hot card bcoz of the double billing! I could not use the card when I needed it (luckly was carrying my HDFC BANK ATM card). The call centre is horrendously useless - they just hangup !
