Probably the best bank to entrust your money with. I am not much in to banking but the services provided by ICICI bank so far have been excellent in my case and I am completely satisfied as their customer. I have been a patron to this bank since 2012, with two bank accounts- a savings account and a salary account, all the services I have availed until now have impressed me- from net banking to phone banking to ATM services.
The credit card eligibility and two-wheeler loan features are a bit rigid and monologous; a little more flexibility would be welcome.
