The icici meal card is a way to demonstrate how incompetent banks operate and lure people into pathetic services. I had an order cancelled amd refunded from amazon and the card used in the transaction was the icici meal card. Amazon provided an RRN number so that I could confirm the same with icici. The amount as I checked was not refunded back in the card and so I tried mailing icici folks asking for the status. There has been no solid reasoning or status of RRN provided by the bank and it has been almost 2 months since this fraus happened. Beware people, inform your companies( I got mine from Itron India) about their way of operation before you get stung.
