I have a savings account in ICICI bank and I am a regular customer.
Services - They have good services and very tech friendly.
Net banking - Net banking is very seamless and helps easing online transactions. Very secure. Interface of the banking website is also good.
Customer support - The bank staff is very polite and helping.
Phone banking - The app is very user friendly and easy to use. occupies less space and very secure too. I have performed transactions previously from the app and faced no issues.
Bank charges - No hidden charges are there. They charge minimal amount for sms charges & ATM card annually.
They take customers very seriously and provide good service.
I will suggest this bank to all.
