I recently downloaded ICICI imobile application. After downloading started the application from my mobile. It asked me to activate. I clicked and it said "Authenticating" and 9 rupees was deducted for this authentication( 3 times I got a message saying last call charge was 3 rs). After that it gave a message network error. Authentication not possible. I tried after a day, same thing happened. Again tried after a day, same thing happened.
Called up customer care and even after telling I tried 3 times the answer was "Sir please try after some time"
You know what I did "Deleted the JUNK application from my mobile".
Thanks to stupid ICICI customer support.
