ICICI Bank Pack of Jokers. Review on ICICI Bank

One more fantasy ride with ICICI bank to share with you. I was on a lookout for a home loan and called up their call centre, after going through those silly ivrs messaging I finally landed up with the a customer rep who asked me that if I had any relationship with ICICI, I replied I did have a savings account but that was not being actively used by as I had left the company where my salary was with ICICI so please dont consider that. She was insistent to me to disclose that account number, I told her look that account only is being used by me to pay car loan so please dont consider that. she said thats ok , I gave the account number and after minutes of hold she reverted and said that I am eligible for 9lakhs of loan , I asked her on what basis, she said based on your savings account detail, I said that I told you not to consider that where hardly 7k is deposited every month. she said ok I will transfer your line to a different department.

now my second session starts, this person takes down all my details my residence addres, my office address, cell number, land line number and after all the info updates me that a representative will call me in next 72 hours. I said fine. then the guy asked me sir would you be interested to have an FD with us, we are offering fantastic interest rates, I said boss I m in need of money hence asking for loan and have no intention of opening an FD now. he said ok. After 2 days I get a call from some agent saying sir you had called and are interested for a FD, the interests are blha blah blah blha....and this went on... I said look good lady I have not asked for FD I have asked for home loan. she said ok. phone banged no call there after.

GUYS willyou grow up and recruit some people who have some measureable IQ, or your company policy is of a circus to recruit only jokers !
