I had credit card of icici bank with limit 45 k. I has to block this card because of some reason. Then icici sent me two credit card with limit 45 k each.But when I called customercare they said u have in total credit limit of 45 k including both. But total amount due I paid at the end of month was 60k. I wrote to customer care many times. But they said u have only limit of 45 k. Then I dont understand why I have to pay 60 k. It took more than 8 month for them to correct. It got only corrected when I wrote mail to ceo of icici. customer service is pathetic.
