I somehow deleted a file from my external disk. I had to wait 5 hours for icare to scan my entire external drive even though I knew the name of the file I had deleted. After all this time, a deleted file was hard to find , I just saw all the files I still had and not the one I had deleted. In the end they wanted $69 from me to recover "deleted files"it as it was larger than 500mb.Of course I immediately shut down this site.
