It depends a lot on how an individual is.blaming an organisation is not a solution. I am a part of IBM Daksh and let me tell u what it has:
1)stability
2)transparency between employees and management
3)minimal work pressure
4)health insurance
5)transport
6)timely rewards and recognition (provided you have the strength to stick around for it)
7)excellent growth path
8)only place where one unapproved leave is allowed in a month
people who had or have problems with a company like ibm daksh who, being a bpo giant, has such lovely work environment..those people can really not work in any company cz those will screw ur happines..either change your indian attitude towards work or sit at home and STOP NEGATING THE REPUTATION OF SUCH WONDERFUL COMPANIES!! DO NOT WORK
