This is the worst service centre I have ever come Across, in Chennai it is located in an area where you cant even Walk. it is located in the second floor of an house where you are attended through an window opening after a minimum of 1 hr wait. I don't know how Iball has recognised such a pathetic place as the service centre. If they want to promote their product hope they need to provide a better service centre and better service people.


I will not recommend this product at all.
