I had purchased iball slide Nova 4g on 1st June 2019 from Croma for my son's studies.
Now just before the exams it's touchpad was not working. So I went to the authorised service centre at Andheri. They checked it and said the touchpad needs to be replaced as it's not working. So I submitted my tab on 11th February 2020 for repair. The service centre is still telling that the part has not come. I don't know from where their part is coming. From which part of the world that it takes one month to reach Mumbai.
My son's exams are starting tomorrow the purpose of the tab is not served.
This was not expected that a tab from a brand like iball will have touch problem within the first year itself.
The customer care number is of no use. As all the executive s are busy. I am still trying to contact to contact customer care. I would suggest not to buy iball. Worst product and worst service.
