I purchased this laptop a year ago for gaming purpose.I just want to tell that this laptop is average and I doesn't like it.
iBall is not a good company for laptop and provide below average services to its users.
The RAM is only 2 gb which is average at present time.Also when we install and run heavy games on it, the laptop starts to hang which annoyed the user.
Also I faced 3-4 issues within a year with this laptop and just feeling remorseful to buy such a waste.
The laptop oftens heats up as well automatically get switched off.Also its battery got damaged within 6 months.
The customer and service support is also not that much good.The reliability is also bad but the apperance of laptop is good.
Its price is rs.15000 approx and satisfaction we are gaining against the price we are paying to buy is low.
