What to say about such a hopeless "so called customer support"? We are wasting our time by simply dialing their customer support number which 18002666409. Only reply is that their team is busy, call after some time. I don't know what they are doing there?
Now regarding my issue is that my screen got broken and it will not come under warranty. But thing is the service centers does not have any stock of spare display screen and they are not sure about when they will get a screen from the manufacturer after placing an order. They advised me to search for compatible screen available outside.
Now what shall I do?
