Hello friends, today I want to share my personal experience with iBall 21.0 MP-58 Wi-Fi Reciever.For god sake please don’t buy this product.I have purchased it on 18 August to use on my vodafone SIM, but this is not working on Vadafone SIM.I contacted several time to customer care on numbers…at last they gave me anand’s service center number. I contacted multiple time to anand’s service center they again gave me i-ball’s number. I got irritated with type of service of i-ball. If they knew this don’t work with vodafone or idea SIM and ask us to visit their so called service center( useless) only one in anand, they should have provided CD with dongle…this work for Uninor SIM having very low speed( even less than reliance dongle) .I-ball said they are providing voice call facility but that is also useless, voice quality is very poor. This is the worst experience of me.
