We have brought this hp office jet pro all in one printer one year ago t first the printer was working great but what happens after the warranty period he printer gets damaged and till date the service centre people haven't repaired the printer yet .at first the paper handling of this printer was good but what happens in the middle is that the paper handling of. this printer become so bad that the paper sometimes stuck in the middle and due to which the printing used to come ry badly.its quite user friendly as it is easy to use and the printing of this printers very good and prints 3d images .the service of hp is. not good as the printer which we have given in the service station for repayment we didn't received the printer until.the printing speed is also quite good at the beginning but as the print starts getting older the printing speed of the printer gets very slow .other features is that you can do colour printing which is he best part of it .
