We are having this printer in our office since 2004. We choose this printer because of his multiple facility services as printing, scanning and xeroxing. This is very fast and smooth laser printer. But before completing one year from purchasing it started giving us problems. The scanner of this printer keeps on making noise and after 5-10 mins printer stops working.
We made complaint to our service provider who says they are the preferred partner for HP!!! Initially we were complaining to our service provider once in a month. They used to solve this problem temporary but agian after 5-10 days same problem occures again.
Now this is the situation that we have stopped complaining about this printer to service provider or HP as nothing is happening. Cost of this printer is almost 50K when we brought this. So better stay away from this product.
Speed of this printer and quality of printing is also fine. If you have very good service provider then you can buy this printer.
