The HP laptop I purchased has been a disappointment. The build quality feels flimsy, with the keyboard being particularly uncomfortable to use. Performance is sluggish, even for basic tasks, and it tends to overheat after just an hour of use. Battery life is far below expectations, draining quickly and requiring frequent recharges. To top it off, the customer support experience has been unhelpful. Overall, I regret buying this HP laptop and would not recommend it to others.
