I purched this printer in the month of March in this year, starting its work well but after few months many problems faces in this printer. It's paper handling features is very poor, It's take time too much any document print/copy. Few months later my printer head not work and it's customer service care is also too late to solve any issue. It's not printing 5000 copy in one ink bottle. It's ink bottle is also very costly and not printing more than 1000 copies.
