Hey guys today talk about my new printer. I got this from Amazon. After using it almost two month I faces so much problem.
So guys today I am talking about my own personal experience this printer.
After installing the printer it started well but the quality of print dropped drastically and I started getting gaps in the prints.
I have made complaint 5 to 6 times but they not respond quickly.
After lots of calling the HP customer support send the person to fix it. The person came his name is Ajay Had one look and said that he did not know what to do and left. They just sent technician on every complaint but are not able to solve the problem at all.
Now I have a brick that it is of no use to me and spent a fortune on it. Should have gone for other company.
Not reliable quality of printers required frequent head change. wrost product getting blank between the lines. Waste of money
