I have 2 hp notebooks which is used by me & my partner for our official use from last 1 month
Before it I was using lenovo bt I found hp laptops are heavy duty laptops. Sometimes I continously used laptops more than 24 hrs bt never I faced any prob like heat up etc.
Battery backup is excellent .
I am using i5 processor
Sound quality screen resolution are perfect I will give him 4 out of 5 ratings
