Got this product and found fan was not working which was leading to overheating like the bottom part of laptop will melt in 1 hr of playing games. 2ndly touch pad was non responsive. Also, it was making annoying krik krik sound while working. Thanks to amazon for taking it back.
I ordered this laptop looking at the configuration and price tag. And I got a good deal. It took almost 10 days for the delivery of product from AMAZON. Additionally AMAZON also charged delivery charges. While buying it was written free delivery but at the time of actual payment the delivery charge popped in which I can not understand. Also I can not understand what is AMAZON fulfilled and SELLER fulfilled policy followed by AMAZON?
Laptop is very good but since I am new to Windows 8.1 it is taking time for me to get used to it. Only thing I understood that it is more personalized and good if a single person is going to use it. If other family members are going to use the laptop then be careful about your personal accounts as it is all synchronize.
The Charm bar is very annoying. Touchpad is not sensitive at all places. Keypad is not strong. Need to press keys gently. Some keys like space bar need to press forcefully. I am not happy with the sturdiness of keypad.
