.Hello readers. I ordered a laptop HP 15-AY513TX from amazon by seeing the laptop is amazon fullfilled I But was twisted totally and been fooled out thinking that amazon fulfilled product means the product would be genuine and quality tested
Average design, but good performance, in low budget it is good ,
But after installing Windows 7 there is so many problem in this laptop drivers like graphics chipset drivers .the drivers are not supportable so have to install
WINDOWS 7
AND THEN again had to REPLACE IT WITH WINDOW 8.as ., in both cases the drivers were not supporting
Window 8 do not work properly and crashed within 15 days this laptop is design for window 10 not for 7 or window 8
Finally, installed Window 10 which was recommended by the HP care but still not working properly like few drivers and software never support this laptop
I noticed
Manufacturing defects on the screen but hp care has not responded well for my concern
I could not connect with the customer care number to talk an executive. As the number was not correct.i was given a fake customer care number which neva conneted to the customer care.WHICH.does not takE u anywhere
The product that I received was too showing problems with the display after few months of purchase
Though my product is under warranty
I still had to face
Huge harassment to get it repaired as the technical support from HP is pathetic.
AND HENCE FOURTH I HAVE MAKED UP MA MIND AND decided not to eva purchase any electronic product from amazon.KNOWING THE FACT THAT ALL faulty electronic products are sold online with attractive discounts. And the Amazon Fulfilled tag which actually is an eye wash. For we customers
