Its been a month my friend told me about mouthshut. so I checkout and closed it thinking that it another review website but my friend dint. He was super active and that I discovered from his FB timeline.
So I decided to checked it out again. Recently I bought redmi 2 from flipkart, so I checked the reviews and most reviews were about its heating problem. I wish I could have took it seriously and read Mouthshut reviews before making my decision. Any ways there are thousands of products, services, companies listed on which reviews can be found out. That very helpful.
A week back I wrote a review on Tikona broadband and after two days I got a mail and call back from Tikona stating that are you still facing connectivity issues. Tikona call center used to put my call on hold for a 10-15 mins at least, now they called me back.
I guess, MouthShut is a tool which has be there in scenarios where company doesnt care about its customer.Don't forget to write a review on MouthShut because it helps other user to make right decision.
