Hello,
This is the second time I am writing a review and still no one has contacted me again.This is with reference to the above Job I'd for painting services.
First of all we are not at all satisfied and happy with the entire process that we went through.
The painting was supposed to be finished in 4 days Thursday to Sunday. However it was only completed by Tuesday.
Reasons:
The painters were not told by the respective person as to what needs to be finished. So we had to tell them at every step what all needed to be done.
When we told the painters they were unwilling to cooperate. This delayed the work everyday and it extended to 2 extra days. And also everyday new painters were coming.One of the days only 1 painter had come.
The finishing of the work is not at all upto mark and it doesn't look like we got the value for the Rs 38, 000 we had paid.
We had asked for White Satin enamel for the window grill in the beginning. However, the glossy one was bought without our knowledge because it seems they could not get half litre satin. When we confronted the painters and the person assigned, they said it was not there, hence they got it. We had to fight to have that changed.
The painters were not ready to move anything as we had to constantly tell them to move. We had almost moved half the items from the entire house ourselves.
When we told something to the painters and the person assigned, they used to tell, "do not worry, we will complete it and do it fully". But the fact is unless we told them, the work would not have been done.
Second last day the painters had to extend till 6.30 pm because their work was not completed. Also the person assigned had told them to complete the work fast as so much was pending. The painters were telling us " How can we complete it soon if the paint is not dry". The next day the painters did not come and the person assigned was doing it himself for the next 2 days.
So much patch work is left and the paint is all over the things which have not been cleaned. We had to tell each and everything to have it cleaned. Still the work done is pathetic and unsatisfactory.
I have attached 2 images of the kind of work done which looks pathetic and its a disgrace to painting. See the first image. The 2nd image is for the type of cleaning they have done.
I will surely put this review online to make sure the shoddy work done for Rs 38, 000 is known to everyone. I will never recommend this to my apartment people as they were also waiting for my house painting to be finished to get feedback.
Since so much time and money has been wasted, I want to be compensated for the pathetic work and service provided.
