Very bad experience. even after advance payment of 6 Lakh, it is more than one year, not even completed 5 days work in the site.
No care for customers. There is continuous follow on Whatsapp and mails for the last 1 year. I have sent mail to CS ID 2 months back. Team called and trying to convince with all kind of promise.
I also visited more than 2 times to their Bangalore office to discuss on the status. They do not have any justifiable answer. They appointed Bouncers to take care of the customers who is frustrated who comes to fight with the team.
If company is customer oriented why they will create such a situation.
Nobody cares about next step. Project engineer will say material required and no Labour available. But Sr.Project manager will promise our site work will start from very next week without further delay. Their aim is torture customers mentally and corner them so that they have no choice of other than cancelling the project. Their agreement is very clear no refund from company incase of cancellation. so Those entered into contract will have to forego the entire advance paid to them. in entire city construction are in full swing after Covid. but for Housejoy, they will not get labours to construct.
Also the shocking point is, whatever collected from customer will not be used for Labour payment. they will send separate invoice for labour payment which customer need to make directly to labour contractor. so those who are on bank loan will have to die .
Attached photos are current status which is lying for more than 3 months. The depth is close to 8 to 9 feet. No Seriousness of work, if anybody fell in the Pit digged for Piller purpose will without others support cannot come up. if any children fell in the pit, then it will become serious criminal case.
