HOTSPOT SERVICE: The worst Store of India( AS Pathetic as anybody can expect)
I also agree that the Hotspot Store is the worst in customer service. I am saying this from my personal experience.
Last Year I brought a handset - Motorola W270, from one of the Hotspot Store located at Patel Nagar(Metro Station), New Delhi. I went to that store because of its location as it was nearby to my residence. but when I checked the handset at my place, there was some problem in the battery cover(means that cover was not closed properly). On the very next day, I visited that store and made the complain about that handset and also asked for the new number which they suppose to provide me under the handset bundeling scheme. They was a worker who was ignored to provide the number and he even didn't listened the problem I was facing. Then he started arguments in a very rude and unpleasent manner. I was very polite with him and tried the best to solve the matter calmly but he litrally started using some harsh words in a very unpleasent urban manner .
And when I screamed on him then the other employees of Hotspot came and sorted out my problem(But they all came only when they saw me loosing my cool.
And after this experience, I will not recommend to go at any of the Hotspot Outlet.
I am from the Customer Service Industry and I know what Customer Service is and the importace of every single customer.
