Last year we have booked this hotel Surbhi online, online view was very good but when we reached to hotel room it was not cleaned as it was showing on.
Show the cloth they provided it was not properly washed, and we could realised some bad smell in hotel room.
We immediately asked to change the room in reception but they declined as it is we have booked already they cannot provide or change any other room with the same cost.
There was no hot water facility or any other which we expected in this price range.
